The purpose of the what-a-grip is to use it as a under wrap when you are hanging, also you can wear it through out the day to keep your penis elongated. I have been using the what-a-grip for over 1-1/2 years for all my hanging sessions. I had mentioned the use of this as a under wrap over a year ago.
