August 2006 Morning routine
8:00 am Take a 15 minute hot shower.
8:20 am Start 200-3 second wet jelq. Erection at 80-100%
8:30 am Use a warming cloth on genital for 5 minutes.
8:35 am Start 200-3 second dry jelq. Erection at 80-100%
8:45 am 30 minutes for Stretching- A-stretch, side to side, straight out, straight down, finish with bundle stretch 360 degrees right then left
9:15 am Start 100-3 second reverse wet jelq. Going from glan to the base of the penis.
9:30 am Apply a cold cloth for 10 minutes to penis shaft and base of the penis.
9:45 am Put on the What-A-Grip to wear for the day, this will keep you elongated all day.
August 2006 Evening routine
8:00 pm Use a warming cloth on genitals for 5-10 minutes
8:10 pm Start with 200-3 second wet jelq. Erection at 80-100%
8:30 pm 30 minutes for stretches. A-stretch, side to side, straight out, straight down, straight up, finish with bundle stretch 360 degree right and left.
9:00 pm start with 200-3 second dry jelq. Erection 80-100%.
9:20 pm Start 100-3second reverse wet jelq. Going from the glan to the base of the penis.
9:45 pm Re warm penis shaft and base for 5 minutes.
9:50 pm Put back on the What-A-Grip for the under wrap. Attach hanger for weights, use only the weights that you can handle for this session. I generally spend another 1/2 hour with the weights.
This routine is basically an advanced exercise that I use.
