drink lots of vitamin c peferably orange juice. Maybe that can help. Cranberry juice is good too. and try to get folate. I am not sure which foods are abundant in folate, maybe you can just by supplements for folate. and your supposed to rest. You jelq everyday, you have to rest for days to give time for you body to finish repairing. maybe even weeks depending on how intensity and work you been putting. and how your healthy and your body is.
