I believe so because after pe sessions when your body repairs itself when your resting if you have less of the nutrients it needs doesn't it makes sense that gains will be slower or if it doesn't have enough may not even have gains or even instead of becomeing constructive do more damage since repair can't keep up? I mean if you do weight lifting and you don't eat you protein are you really going to gain much mucle if any? no not really and very little if any. You strength may actually go down. Which is why I think diet plays a role. when you lift weights your body repairs itself after you rest, when you do pe , your body repairs itself to when it rest. same principle. rest is key and if you don't have proper nurishment it may hinder gains and overall health of what it is your trying to work out with. its not like all that extra mass just comes out of no where you know. nutrients are used to create and repair things in the body. diet can heavly effect how much rest time you need in pe. Which is why diet is important and with lack of certain nutrients like vitamin C pe may actually be more destructive. Vitamin C is essential for collagen. I know this too because whenever my penis starts to feel sore I buy me apples and I only need one day of rest and the soreness is gone the next day. If I don't buy one usually I may have to wait for 2-3 days of rest. because apples have antio oxident that helps stop inflammation. I use apples to help reduce chances of peyronies and when I fractured my penis I got scared and learned about apples and the anti-oxident it has. . When I fractured it I couldn't catch an erection no more. next day I was able to have an erection but a continous sharp pain was bothering.Then I had a sharp pain in my penis till i brought apples and then the next day after i brought the apples the pain was much lesser and the day afterwards it was almost completely gone. The third day it was completely gone. I know nutrition is important.
