Health: It all comes down to anatomy and biological function. For masturbation and PE, it has to do with the how the penis reacts after ejaculation (for many men, it shrinks up and contracts - not a desired outcome when you're trying to enlarge your penis).

Now, I'm not saying ejaculation is bad or good, and if you ejaculate or not is up to you. As I said in another thread:

Many men also find that Kegels just improve their stamina, without Kegeling right before the point of no return.
