Yes, that's how the theory goes. Right before you hit the
point of no return - in which ejaculation is inevitable - you Kegel tightly and hold it.

Because the semen doesn't leave the body, or the testicles. The reason you lose an erection after you ejaculate is because you've released your testosterone, and you're no longer horny. Since it's still in the body, many men find they're still horny aftewards, and can still maintain an erection.
Is it dangerous? I'm not sure. It might be . . . but it's recommended in several books (the multi orgasmic man, how to make love all night, etc), some of which are written by doctors.

Sometimes you do. But after you build up strong pelvic floor muscles, it happens less and less (practice helps). It often takes a long time to get it down right, but the pressure of the Kegel usually subsides ejaculation for some time.
