also Remek i want to ask one thing regarding the morning wood . - since i started PE my erections are harder. But my morning wood used to be harder before PE - what i mean is that since i started PE i have a semi erection every morning when i weak up ( my unit mantains really bigger than normal), and my erections used to be full ( not everyday i woke up ) before doing PE.
Is this normal or i am overtraining ???
because for a man that does 7 minutes a day of PE ( 2 days on, 1 day off ) i think overtraining is impossible. Or not ?? |
