I have been messing around for about a month or more but I have been into a real routine for about a week. I'm pretty comfortable with the pace, I do about 10 minutes of jelqing at about 75%-90%. I do the A stretch, (wich is funny because I was doing that a long time ago, It's childish but I would tell my friend to look at my new watch and surprise!)the basic stretch, the compressor, the uii, and a few others. This is NOT all in the same day. I never feel like I'm hurting myself, in fact I think I could probably go a little harder, but I won't. I think I might be a fast gainer, but who knows. |
