There arne no real negative PIs mostly neutral and positive. It's been a little longer than a month but I didn't take it seriously so I didn't really keep track of the time. Now that I'm into a routine, I think even just the bit of on again and off again PEing has conditioned me somewhat. I also go 1 day on 1 day off with my stretches and jelqing. on my off day I do keegles, and sometimes throw in the advanced excersises to switch it up. So far my best PI is a fatter flacid hand, it's not doing the turtle thing really. I've also noticed really solid erections that appear to bigger in both girth and length. I haven't felt any pain so far, but I have decided to go a little lighter based on the advice of all the threads I have read. I'm in no rush. |
