Overtraining? Hey guys, new PE'er here, this is just my 2nd week. I started on another site where the noobie routine was 2on, 1 off with 5 mins stretching and 150 wet jelqs.
I tried that at first, but my penis started aching so i figured i was overtraining. I backed off to 1 day on and 1 day off with 5 mins stretching and 200 wet jelqs per session.
I am no longer experiencing any pain, but my erections dont seem to be as strong. Like when I masturbate, my penis feels like its filled with more blood than usual, but i just cant get it 100% erect, only about 90%.
Is this a sign of overtraining?
If it is, should i modify my routine into 1 day on, 2 days off, each sessions 200 wet jelqs (2-3 secs each) and 5 mins stretching? |
