Dude I do understand how you feel. I always felt little mysef. I only realized this year that I'm somewhat adequit. Everyone is simply different and handles things their own way. People generally wan't something more or better, and after you have anything long enough..... it just isn't enough. I've only recently accepted this year that my body is how it is, and that changing it is hard work. That feeling will always be there somewhat (and I realize it may resonate more prevalantly throughout others thoughts.)
I'm sure though, that as you PE and make gains little by little you'll start to feel better about yourself. It helps at the end of the day to sit back and truly think how much worse off you could be. For me my humbling experiences arose after my aunt recently passed away from breast cancer, and my mother was afflicted with the same illness (of which she is currently recovering). It made me realize that whatever problems I have are minute compared to what they could be. I also think that it would help to find a partner that you feel truly appretiates you; both emotionally and sexually. Sure there are girls out there who claim they need "Monster Cocks" but for everyone of them there are many more much less shallow women. It's all in the way you look at it and I'm sure in time, you'll feel more comfortable in your body.
Stick with the PE though. I'm approaching my second month and it definately helps physically, and adds to my confidence as well. I wish you luck in the future, and hope you feel better.
