i think bibs right about the fact that hanging is safer for some people. i have strong hands and a bad sense of how hard i'm pulling. If i wasn't avoiding length, it would probably be the center of my training.
Actually, i just ordered a vacuhanger to try to accelerate my base girth and head size. i really hope the length gains will be slower than the girth gains from it.
i think for the guys that want to get bigger in every dimension hangings almost a must though. |
