I moved down to 5 minutes of stretching(regular) 12 minutes of jelqing(maybe 300 reps+) and 5 rotary stretches to the right and then to the left, then I like to do a head exercise followed by a cool cloth wrap over my extended penis. I'm also on 1 day on 2 days off with 300 kegels every day. I expect to see some serious resuls in the end. I already see the effects of this routine. I might try to throw in a 2 week de-conditioning period at the end of every month, that would put me on a 6 week cycle. |
