Very detailed, and very useful for anyone who doesn't have the money.
A few things: - How much money did it cost you in all?
- How long did it take you to build it?
- It looks like comfort might be an issue - definitely if wrap isn't involved. How does it feel?
- The noose attachment is what scares me - you can see the uncomfortable pressure that is placed on your head. If you could find a way to create a "comfort strap" similar to the new, safer devices, then this device would be set! But it's definitely a great start.

Well, I'll simply answer your questions:
1). I don't know exactly, since I built it using materials I already had because of my hobbies. But I think plywood should not be that expensive. The metal stud was also not very expensive. For the sillicone tubing I using some gasoline tubing found at a local 'tool-shop'. I think you can built it for arond 10~15 euros. That would be like 15~23 dollars.
2). It took me one day to built this. I designed it a time ago. But when I got a day off, I built it in a few hours. I think it took me like 3 hours total. But that excludes time to buy stuff. depends on how 'handy' you are. And since I am quite handy, it did not take me al lot of time.
3). Comfort is a bit of a problem, but it works, and if used correctly it doesnt hurt. I needed a little practise myself to know what would be the best way to use it. It feels like your penis is being pulled on. That was my goal.
4). Yes the way the penis is attached to the device is on the 'upgrade-list'. I had a hard time figuring out how to do it properly. The problem was that if I used a more comfortable thing, the penis would slip out of it. To prevent slipping, this was the most simple and easiest way to do it. I looked at commercial products and they use a moulded penis shape attach-thing. But wood doesn't bent very easy. I have some ideas on that. But I don't have time to built it. I am thinking of using fiberglass to create something. But I don't know when.
Any people who do figure something out, or can improve the design are always welcome. It is just a prototype.
