Need advice I started PE'ing on 06/10/07 my initial routine was warm up with a warm sock, 5 minutes jelqing, mild stretching and 50 5 second kegals on a one day on two days off basis. My routine now consists of the same warm up, 15 minutes jelqing and 50 20 second kegals on a two days on two days off basis. I have noticed positive PI's but as of yet the gains have been minimal, my starting length was and still is 6" although I have seen small gains in girth. Is there anything I am doing wrong and is there any advice that anyone can give me. |
