pills and supplement have mixed reviews. although none will create gains by themselves. although they do help with EQ(erection quality) making excercises easier. For lenght dont totally rule out jelqing since it helps to stimulate growth. i would suggest starting out slowly say 5min of jelqing and 6 of stretching and slowly work up the time of your stretching session. then down the road you can bring in hanging or pumping if you'd like.
I also suggest the JAI stretch since it requires no warm up and it easy and fast to do.
