I have successfully held back an orgasm while maintaining an erection, yes, but there is a problem. Once you hold off, it takes a fucking lifetime to finish up!!! But if I want to hold off I slowly start flexing my PC the instant I start getting there. If you mess around and wait too long the whole thing goes to hell.
