well I have used this method for 3 days in a row and everything seems to be fine. And there is for sure a noticeable amount of fl length gain at the end of each session. You really have to be careful when tying the string and make sure its not to tight and you position the knot correctly. I am going to start a log "which I should have done earlier" to record any gains which im pretty sure im already seeing. Ive been reading around here and there are a few threads about the duration of the stretch vs the weight. So I am still getting things down, but I would love to see decent gains from this.
