All New at PE Hi,
first I have to say I really appreciate this website. I've been thinking about PE for some time and finally I found this site as the best guide for it.
Well, my question: I started exercising last week. I am doing stretches, five directions, five seconds, ten times the whole procedure. Then I am jelqing one handed 30 times. I did that for four days and then I felt like being overtrained. I measured and had the impression that I lost some millimeters, 3-5. Maybe I am wrong, dunno. I stopped for two days. Now I will continue with two days on, two days off, for a month at least I think. Today I measured, I think the loss of 3-5 went down to 2 mm or something, but it's definitely not longer, which would probably asked too much for all in all six sessions.
I am a little bit worried. Can my penis get shorter by pulling too hard? I am not pulling hard at all by the way... Do you think a routine of 2 on 2 off is good to start with? Is it maybe a normal effect that it pulls back when ou start?
