first I have to say I really appreciate this website. I've been thinking about PE for some time and finally I found this site as the best guide for it.

Well, my question: I started exercising last week. I am doing stretches, five directions, five seconds, ten times the whole procedure. Then I am jelqing one handed 30 times. I did that for four days and then I felt like being overtrained. I measured and had the impression that I lost some millimeters, 3-5. Maybe I am wrong, dunno. I stopped for two days. Now I will continue with two days on, two days off, for a month at least I think. Today I measured, I think the loss of 3-5 went down to 2 mm or something, but it's definitely not longer, which would probably asked too much for all in all six sessions.

I am a little bit worried. Can my penis get shorter by pulling too hard? I am not pulling hard at all by the way... Do you think a routine of 2 on 2 off is good to start with? Is it maybe a normal effect that it pulls back when ou start?

thx
Mr. Elend: Welcome to The Gym! Glad you could find the site useful. My guess is that you hit it dead on: You overtrained. Temporary shrinkage of the penis is farily common due to overtraining. Not to worry though, give your penis some rest and everything should be to normal soon. Just avoid overtraining in the same manner you would avoid swimming with sharks - as the more you overtrain, the harder it is to gain.

Skip the 2 on, 2 off for now. In fact, DON'T PE AT ALL until your erections are completely back to normal. Then when they are go with 1 on, 2 off for at least two weeks. Then, if you feel your penis is ready, move onto either 1 on, 1 off or 2 on, 2 off.
