Interesting point about Yohimbe, G-Spot. I never knew that it lead to heart troubles for some, but it appears your right. I did a search, and here's what I found on the
American Cancer Society website:

Yohimbe bark has been used as an aphrodisiac (sexual stimulant) for many years. Yohimbe bark has been declared an unsafe herb in Germany because of such complications as increased heart rate and blood pressure, and even kidney failure. In the United States, supplements that are labeled as containing yohimbe bark often contain very little of it.

But on second thought, it doesn't really surprise me. Yohimbe acts a lot like Viagra, which also increases blood flow and can probably lead to heart troubles for some too.
