Well... actually it wasn't 2 inches, it was 1.25." There are some guys here who gave gained 2+" although.
Nobody, it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. First, if you have been PEing for less than 3 months I wouldn't recommend pumping at this time. If you are 3+ months in, what is your current routine? This would help determine what days you should pump on.
