Beginning the fourth month of exercising. I'm about to begin the fourth month of PE, and I have a few questions:
1. Should I keep the basic two exercises (jelqing and stretching)?
2. If I should keep doing the basic two exercises, should I increase the amount of time (10 minutes to 15 minutes [stretch] and 25 to 35 minutes [jelq])?
3. Should I add advanced exercises? Which advanced exercises would be best for me at this stage? (My focus is length.)
Current routine:
- 10 minute warmup
- 10 minute basic stretch
- 25 minute jelq
Observations:
The first five weeks, I gained .3 cm.
I have yet to measure progress for the ensuing five weeks (now) but will soon have a report on that. |
