The results are in, and while I've not added any centimeters in length, I did successfully go from 8 cm to 12.75 cm in girth. I think this is because during the second five weeks I put a lot more emphasis in jelqing while harder than usual (about 70/80% erect).
Based on these observations, should I keep the usual routine, but jelq while not so erect (~50%)?
Or should I add an additional length exercise? Note that I gained .3 cm in length in the first five weeks with the routine in the first post of this thread. |
