I want to start with a thank you to you guys hello everyone,
well I just found this site!! I can't believe it is free first and second it seems more real. I just learned about the PE exercise like 2 weeks ago, so I started the routine ( 6 jelqing sessions a week) I don't know if I am doing it wrong for a starter?!!! before that, I tried the extender, pumping, the pills but no results what so ever... this sounds more natural to me and I guess no matter what we discover we can't beat the natural way!!!
My first question is: what is the best program to start with and how much rest should I take after each session??? oh I masturbate everyday, does it have any affect on the PE???
