What are you doing differently than you were the first month? I don't think you're overtraining, but less EQ is a clear negative PI. Did you Kegel that first month and then stop?
I would suggest taking a week or two off. Come back with a light 1 on, 2 off routine then quickly jump up to a 1 on, 1 off routine (if all is going well PI wise) and then go to a 2 on, 1 off routine, while gradually increasing the intensity until you start gaining again. |
