Rod: I want to second Iguana's very warm welcome.

As he said, we'd be a little worried about someone who wasn't skeptical. Most men are in the beginning. After some time, they start to realize that PE isn't that different from any other type of exercising.

I'm curious: Where did you read about jelqing 8 years ago? I'm trying to build a "PE Timeline" to hopefully figure out where it came from.

But it gave me a complex, and there were other early lockeroom shower scenes where other boys were teased too and this made me all the more protective of exposing myself. I'm 40 years old now, very fit, and attractive to women, but this is something I'd like to try to change just a little in my life before I'm too old to even care.
It's funny how those little comments can turn into hours, days, and even years of insecurity and self doubt. For many men, the issue only expands in their minds overtime. Thankfully, there is a way.

What is your goal and starting stats by the way? You should try starting a progress log. Either way, good luck and you have the right mindset: Start light and don't get too anxious in that you go overboard and hurt yourself.
