build your way up slowly. my PC muscle was incredibly weak when I first started exercising it, set a goal for 30-50 small contractions every OTHER day and after a few weeks you should be able to contract longer and for more reps. As far as start/stopping during urination I think it is a good way to locate the PC muscle but I don't think is the smartest way to exercise it. Urinary tract infections are a most common side effect of overdoing the pee workout. |
