My BPEL is 6.875 right now. I forgot to check my flaccid reach. Lately I've been getting better erections, since I started hanging. I would call them 8 or 9.

note: going to keep up with the pull back kegels because they make a lot more sense biomechanically than kegels without resistance. The other day I was with my girlfriend and it shot way farther and harder than normal, and I think it has a lot to do with these. |
