After some reading about this topic i started my newbie routine with a cooldown to finish up. I only started this weeks and i do my routine in the shower.

I start off with a warm up, do my exercises then i turn off the hot water and focus the cold water on my johnson, In your opinions, is this a viable option for PE? Should i use colder water (or wrapped up ice)?
