The reference I saw was
Courthouse News Service.
The story stated" Attorney
Harold Hoffman has filed a class-action consumer fraud complaint against
Biotab Nutraceuticals and
Dish Direct, claiming they sell a bogus product, "Extenze," claiming it will do all sorts of wonders for a guy's sex life, but it doesn't, in Hackensack Federal Court. "
I am a skeptic - incredible claims require incredible proof. I note that another other male enhancement product Enzyte had a class action lawsuit brought against it in 2004. It had made claims it would enhance erections by 41% or you will get double your money back. I believe the makers of Enzyte pulled it claims back (though you still see 'Smiling Bob' on TV).
