Slanker: Glad you like it. Your goals are modest, and I would honestly be surprised if you didn't reach them. You're already on the right track by trying to learn more (on the forum, reading, etc).
Do you go to the gym as well? Keeping your body in shape will not only help you with the "traditional" benefits - living longer, being more focused, etc - but it will also help keep circulation going and keep your body hard and healthy. |
