Its been over a month now since I was working out with 40 lbs, so in the last two weeks I have increased the hanging weight to 50 lbs. After watching the video from (youtube) I found it is posible to hang more weight if you train for it. I have found out if you try to lift 50 lbs with one hand straight up its a real hard task, but with the hanger attached to your penis it is easy because you are using your leg strength for lifting.
