3.75 lbs x 10 minutes (200 quick pull backs)
--10 minutes relaxing
3.75 lbs x 10 minutes (20 10 second pull backs, 100 quick pull backs)
note: I think doing this with resistance is making me get a much finer level of control of contracting the different pelvic muscles. |
