i am partially circumsized (long story) but i still have extra skin. one way to get around it is to
press down at the base of your penis to stop the excess skin from moving, then lube your hand with something and you'll feel a huge difference in your workout. it doesnt have to be exactly like my way but as long as you can stop the sking from moving you'll be fine
