overtrained? hi everyone
im new to the whole PE scene.
im kinda embarrassed but ive lost about half an inch since i started about 3 days ago.
I think ive overtrained i started jelqing, stretching, everything but not too much. i think i didnt do more than 30 jelqs but i had an erect penis of about 90 percent and i squeezed quite hard. I can see some blueish varicose veins in my penis since i started. I havent felt any pain though, but i think i have a high pain level.
have i overtrained?
I also masturbated after jelqing and i started jelqing after masturbation. damn thats awful but i thought it would be good because the penis was warmed up.
I also didnt warm up very well; i just massaged it a little so there was a little blood in there.
now, the next day my penis feels quite hard non-erect. i mean. a little stiff during the day. its not soft at all. its like my penis is stressed. and when i get an erection its about half an inch smaller than 2 days ago.
my age is 19 and i think im normally healthy.
will my penis return to normal size again? I think i must stop for a while, also masturbation which i used to do about 2 times a day. havent done it all day and i havent intended to do it tomorrow either.
i have stretched today a little. it felt good though, for blood circulation and stuff. not too long and too much.
does anyone know if this might lead to permanent damage, and how to restore it? And will this be limiting my gains in the future?
