First off, loosen up a bit, I seriously doubt you did any permanent damage. Sounds like you just over did it. Jelqing at 90% is pretty intense for a beginner. I would take a week off to rest up. By then your normal erections (and size) should return. At his point, start back up with the newbie routine. Follow it religiously and by all means warm up properly. Read up on warming up and cooling down, there are some good threads on both around.

i was very afraid since i just checked again.. my loss is about an inch!


anyway impressive results you have got! especially in length, my i ask you for how long you are doing PE and which beginner exercise(s) you recommend?
