Hanging (SO, lowish angle):
3.75 lbs x 2 minutes (100 quick pull backs)
--2 minutes w/o weight
5 lbs x 3 minutes (100 quick pull backs)
--3 minutes w/o weight
5 lbs x 3 minutes (100 quick pull backs)
--10 minutes relaxing
5 lbs x 2 minutes (100 quick pull backs)
--3 minutes w/o weight
5 lbs x 3 minutes (100 quick pull backs)
note: When I just say "w/o weight", I mean that I left the vacuhanger on while resting. Connecting the weight just long enough to do 100 kegels was interesting. I did these mostly because I was curious. I'll see how the PIs from it turn out. |
