hey yall

when i stretch my penis flaccidly its 7.3" slightly bone pressed
non bone pressed erect its 6.3 inches
i have trained a lot lately and im a beginner.
could i have overtrained, and if i stopped it for a period of time would my erect length become about as big as my flaccid stretched lenght ?
