The comparison of bone pressed erect length (BPEL) to bone pressed flaccid stretch length (BPFSL) is the useful measure. As slanker noted, the smooth muscle thread is one to read. Many people have BPFSL longer than their BPEL. One theory states that if your BPEL is less than your BPFSL, then you have growth potential. My BPEL is the same as my BPFSL (and my gains have slowed).
