I've been PE-ing for about 2 1/2 months now and I've gained about .25in in length and girth. I PE 3 days on 1 day off. 15 minutes of stretches and 20-25 minutes of Jelqing. This inclues about 20 minutes of kegals everyday... I can't stress how important these are to do.
