I'm a new member but I've been using the resources on this site for a few months now. I really like what I've seen. I've been consistantly PE-ing 3 on 1 off since October '07. I've gained about .25in in both girth and length. I started out with the beginner's guide and have since added to it. I now do about 15 minutes of streches (Including standard stretches, V-stretches, inner stretches, and JAI Stretches). I then follow that up with 500 wet Jelqs coupled with squeezes. I look forward to reporting more and more results as they become available.
