important note: As I focus more on hanging, my conditioning with regards to clamping diminishes. Because of this I got some kind of injury on the underside of my shaft. It's kind of like a stretch mark or a tiny little area of vascular damage; it's about the size of a BB. So I have to either avoid Clamping unless I'm going to commit to it, or be way more reserved in doing it when I do. |
