to increase routine vs deconditioning break Guys i have been thinking . the normal thing to do in PE is to increase the routine litle by litle to achieve the desired gains. Althoug i am wondering if its possible to achieve the same gains only with deconditioning breaks !!!
Example - a man starts doing PE, then he follows the begginer's guide for 3 months and gain 1,5 inches ( volume ) , then he takes a break for one month and lose practly nothing of he's new gains. He starts again following again the begginer's guide for another 3 months and gains more 1,0 inche in volume , and keeps doing this routine until there are no more gains.
Mean question - Is it possible to gain with ONLY the begginer's guide together with decon breaks ??? |
