Hanging (SD sitting):
5 lbs x 10 minutes Jelqing: 100 jelqs Hanging (SO sitting, lowish angle):
5 lbs x 15 minutes (200 pull backs) Jelqing: 100 jelqs
note: I was having a problem with getting too erect during the hanging. It's a good PI to be getting erections very easily. But hopefully it doesn't in turn result in negative PIs because it's trying to fill itself up while I'm hanging.
note: The Jelqs were gentle, right from the base and mostly erect; girth focused. |
