This is an excellent question. One that I have thought of from time to time.

I think if one wanted to do what you're recommending, then it would be best to combine the two. For example, start with a beginner's routine, take a deconditioning break, then come back with a slighly more advanced beginner's routine, break again, then an even more advanced routine, etc. This way you're getting the best of both worlds and maximizing your chance of success.

A lot of men PE this way. Some of them do it without planning it. For example Stillwantmore (a veteran PEer who gained several inches) PEed very inconsistently if I recall correctly. He did it for a few months, took some time off, and then restarted again. After a couple of years he built a completely new penis.

>>Is it possible to gain with ONLY the begginer's guide together with decon breaks ???<<
Is it possible to gain? Absolutely. Will it maximize gains? Maybe, but probably not. It depends on your situation, of course, but increasing the intensity overtime - regardless of breaks or not - is important to "continued" PE gains.

That said, the longer your break, the lighter your routine can be. Also, the longer your break, the greater chance of you losing some of what you gained.
