confused?? Please help Ok I hear some people say you should exercise every other day some say 2days off in between and then I hears 5 on 2 off. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing. For the past month and a half I have been warming up 10 min streching 30 sec each direction and jeding 10 min. one day on 2 days off. Erections seem stronger and no neg pi's but no gains yet. |
