opinions, questions on stretching, kegeling I have been peing for two months now and I'd like some views and opinions.
Ok first stretching, do you as me, feel its better to pull lightly first before reaching the maximum stretch? And then holding this for 3-5minutes? Referring to the basic stretch and the A/V stretch.
Jai stretching, i also pull gradually and do about 50 reps.
And with kegeling, do you as I do, feel that holding the kegel for longer periods, 15minutes plus, is a good exercise once you are more advanced with the kegels? I have tried 30 minute holds and its okay.
Whats a good time to hold a ULI/clamp? and will it be okay for me to incorporate it into my jelqs.
I am 5 days on 2 days off. |
