Just a couple of questions. Hey folks, i just have a few questions.
First of all.
EQ.
Are there any techniques that can get my EQ to 100% (mainly for measurments) It seems that everytime go to measure up it varies going larger, smaller and one time a hell of alot bigger then previous (i think that this is when im @ 100%).
Second question regards kegals and the muscle.
I notice when i do kegals that it actually takes quite a bit out of me to perform and hold, my neck tenses up and also sometimes i need to hold my breath. Is this normal behaviour or am i just trying to perform out of my league?
Also another thing i notice is when i kegal it doesn't hold in the tight state. It slowly releases tension and well i think it returns to its normal state before the exercise.
