thanks man. I just wanted to see if anybody has got results this way. I seem to be getting a thicker longer flaccid hang lasting all day by doing these stretches for long holds.
the kegels for 30mins, I don't know how I managed that but I just can. I've been doing them for 6 months now and I started at the normal 3 second hold routine, then 10, 20 etc, then went to 1minute, 5mins,10 then 15 and now 30. |
